What the service does
Vault Mail is a tool for comparing selected invoice details. It provides a way to identify differences and organize a local review record. It does not authenticate invoices, verify supplier identities or bank account ownership, approve payments, or replace your accounting and payment controls.
Your review and records
Use files you are authorized to process. Check extracted fields against their original source and independently verify the reference before comparing. Missing fields, parsing errors, and ambiguous values can affect the result. You remain responsible for payment decisions and any necessary professional review.
Keep your original documents and separate backups. The local vault has no server-side recovery or automatic synchronization. Your records may be lost if browser data is cleared or your device becomes unavailable.
Free access and Pro subscriptions
The current free version provides five completed comparisons per browser, plus a fictional sample. The allowance is held locally. Reading errors and samples do not count. Saved records remain available after the allowance is used.
Vault Mail Pro provides unlimited two-invoice comparisons while your membership is active. The advertised price is $49 per year, billed annually through Gumroad and renewed until cancelled. The final amount and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. The same supported-file limits apply to both plans.
Activate Pro with the license key from your purchase. An internet connection is required to verify the license and membership status. Verification occurs when opening a comparison page and periodically during continued use. Payment failures, refunds, revoked access or an ended membership can remove Pro access. Saved local reports remain available for export.
Manage or cancel your membership using the link in your Gumroad receipt. A scheduled cancellation retains Pro access until the paid period ends. Removing a license from a browser does not cancel billing. For a purchase or refund question, contact us with your order reference; do not send your card details or invoice files. Applicable consumer rights and the terms presented by Gumroad at checkout remain in effect.
Availability and limitations
Supported file formats, file sizes, and page counts are shown in the tool. The service may change as we improve it, and occasional interruption or defects are possible. We do not promise continuous availability, detection of every discrepancy, or prevention of fraud.
Use the service lawfully. Do not submit abusive contact messages or attempt to interfere with the website or other users.
